Rafols (b. 1971) is an English major turned artist-designer, trainer and organiser who has actively shaped the arts and culture scene of Dumaguete City. Aside from designing sets and mural commissions, she involves herself in capacity building to support women, fair trade and responsible waste management through the arts. She is a member of the Dumaguete City Tourism Council and collaborates with the Department of Trade and Industry. She conducts workshops in ceramics, painting, and crafts that showcase her creativity in relation to trauma healing and therapy. Her art works make use of local materials abundant in the Negros Island.
