Quan (b.1971) Artist, Consultant, Researcher living and working in Dumaguete. She was the director of the Metropolitan Museum of Manila from 2012-2015. As a multi-media artist, she lived and worked in Paris from 1992 till 2008 after completing a BFA in painting from the University of the Philippines College of Fine Arts.
